This site will explore the supermarket shelves working through all ingredients that are readily and easily available, testing well worn recipes to see what works and what doesn't, while hopefully creating new recipes on the way.
I live with my partner in a small but lovely one bedroom flat in East London and enjoy trying out new ideas and perfecting dishes I already know. However, there is so much choice in the supermarket today that we often default to same trusted meals. I will be buying new ingredients, looking through the books and updating on my progress, while continuing my day job.
